This modern white clad property (and art studio) can be found right on the seafront in West Wittering. We demolished the old original ‘Pine Hut’ and replaced it with this beautiful SIPs constructed new build. The main house consists of a glorious balcony overlooking the coast, 3 bedrooms, ensuite, family bathroom, hall, lounge, open plan kitchen, downstairs toilet, and utility room.
A key requirement of this seafront project was to create an art studio annex detached from the main house. This art studio is flooded with natural light and fully fitted with its own bathroom and kitchenette. We salvaged and restored the stunning Victorian sit in bath from the original property which now takes pride of place in the bathroom of the annex. Below the art studio is a double garage and electric garage door.
And like all seaside homes, this would not be complete without an outside shower!

“After owning a seaside shack for 35 years we wanted to redevelop to allow us to live full time at the beach. The plans were slowly developed over about 5 years and finalised with our local architects who made it ready for planning permission to be granted and then detailed the construction for tender.
